This small piece is a color experiment that in the end turned out to be a pretty decent painting. I'm constantly feeling the need to explore, experiment and work toward becoming a better painter. I feel like I made some progress this week :)

"Perfect Evening"

Keeping with the theme of working with oil paint, this sunset landscape really pushed my color choices. As with the smaller studies, I learned a lot during the course of this project.
